Καί And εἶδον I saw ἐκ out of τῆς the θαλάσσης sea θηρίον a beast ἀναβαῖνον, rising, ἔχον having κέρατα horns δέκα ten, καί and κεφαλάς heads ἑπτά seven, καί and ἐπί on τῶν the κεράτων horns αὐτοῦ of it, δέκα ten διαδήματα royal crowns, καί and ἐπί upon τάς the κεφαλάς heads αὐτοῦ of it, ὀνόματα names βλασφημίας. of blasphemy. καί And τό the θηρίον beast ὅ that εἶδον I saw ἦν was ὅμοιον like παρδάλει a leopard, καί and οἱ the πόδες feet αὐτοῦ of it ὡς like ἄρκου a bear’s, καί and τό the στόμα mouth αὐτοῦ of it ὡς like στόμα [the] mouth λέοντος. of a lion. καί And ἔδωκεν gave αὐτῷ to it ὁ the δράκων dragon τήν the δύναμιν power αὐτοῦ of him, καί and τόν the θρόνον throne αὐτοῦ of him, καί and ἐξουσίαν authority μεγάλην. great. Εἴ If τὶς anyone ἔχει has οὖς an ear, ἀκουσάτω. let him hear.

Εἴ If τὶς anyone [is to go] εἰς into αἰχμαλωσίαν, captivity, εἰς into αἰχμαλωσίαν captivity ὑπάγει· he goes; εἴ If τὶς anyone ἐν with μαχαίρῃ [the] sword ἀποκτανθῆναι is to be killed, αὐτόν he ἐν by μαχαίρῃ [the] sword ἀποκτανθῆναι. [is] to be killed.”
